After spending just over a month engrossed in an island adventure we are sad to say we have finished this amazing novel. Roz the Robot has earned a place in our hearts. We cannot wait to read the sequel “The Wild Robot Escapes”.

This holiday has been a busy one!
We have carved amazingly creative pumpkins, graphed our seed data and started some very creative narratives.

We used decks of cards to play math games & set up a game of “Stones” in the forest!

Welcome to October in Portable 870! We are having a blast so far this year.

Recently we enjoyed Outdoor Education Day and have been busy playing math games and SURFing (Silent Uninterrupted Reading Fun)! We can’t wait to see what this year has in store.
